Architecture(01)
Architectural design for homes and commercial buildings, drawn by our own architects.
About us
Kyrenia builders since 1993
Öz-En İnşaat was founded in Kyrenia in 1993. Our first apartment buildings went up in the centre of town, each one taking our name and the next number.
From there the work spread out: villas in Bellapais, Edremit, Ozanköy, Doğanköy and Çatalköy, the Lapta Apartments and Citrus Garden in Lapta, Öz-En Plaza on Karaoğlanoğlu Street and, in 2024, our first project in Lefkoşa.
We work as a turnkey builder. Our architects and engineers draw each project, our own teams build it, and we stay available to owners after handover.
